Products and Services
We offer custom-embroidered t-shirts and apparel for sale through our online store. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed without notice.

Product Colors & Design
We make every effort to display the colors and designs of our products accurately. However, due to screen differences, actual colors may vary slightly.

Order & Payment Terms

• Orders can be placed through our official website.

• All prices are listed in Rupees and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• We accept secure payment methods including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards.

Once payment is made, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days.

• We ship across India.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of embroidery, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.

• You must raise a return request within 5 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return or replacement, please email us at mail us with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo/video showing the issue

• Reason for return

Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be communicated based on the situation.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, we may have already begun the embroidery process and will be unable to cancel.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including logos, images, designs, text, and graphics—is the property of GOSTRIDE and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

User Conduct
By using our site, you agree not to:

• Upload harmful or misleading content

• Violate any laws or third-party rights

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems

Limitation of Liability
GOSTRIDE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
