Shipping Policy

At GOSTRIDE, we are committed to delivering your apparel safely and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping process, charges, and timelines.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Custom embroidery may take slightly longer depending on the design.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.


Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • All orders are delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or seasonal volume.


Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹50

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹3,999

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email or message

  • A tracking number/link to track your delivery status


Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect address details

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the courier but not received.
